Good to know
Submission of a WM is done online by the WM conveners. Submissions will be reviewed by the
Programme Committee. The convenors will be informed whether their WM has been selected by July 8.
The Program Committee schedules the WMs in agreement with the conveners. The WM schedule will be put online in the course of August.
The WMg title and abstract are put online. The title will appear in a handy printed program booklet.
Since a working meeting is a forum for discussion, conveners don’t need to fix a speaker list or program.
We encourage the conveners to write minutes or a summary which we will make available through the website.
