On February 6, the finales of the 'Battle of the Scientists' took place. Finalist Andreas Debrabandere of the Royal Observatory of Belgium, explained how he makes a total solar eclipse in space, to 500 children onsite and 2100 online.
The energy release during the finals was in the order of an extreme solar flare, accompanied by a solar plasma cloud of olympic speed and a major particle storm.
