Full week
The registration fee for the full week includes access from Monday to Friday, the welcome reception, the beer & music evening and the conference dinner.

Early bird	until June 30, included	300 Euro
Regular	from July 1 until October 21, included	400 Euro
Onsite		500 Euro
Student - Early bird	until June 30, included	100 Euro
Student - Regular	from July 1 until October 21, included	300 Euro
Student - Onsite		400 Euro

From October 22 onwards, only onsite full week registrations are accepted.
The number of participants to the conference dinner is limited to 200. If you sign out for the conference dinner, 10 Euro will be subtracted from the conference fee.
Proof of student status can be emailed to the LOC KU Leuven . We will approve it asap, but can't garantuee it is done instantaneous. So, take care of the deadlines.

Single day
You can register for a single day. If you come 2 days or longer, you take the full week registration. A single day registration doesn't include the conference dinner. But you can subscribe for the conference dinner for 70 EURO.

Regular	from July 1 until October 21, included	175 Euro
Onsite		200 Euro

From October 22 onwards, only onsite single day registrations are accepted.

Invoice Request
If you require an invoice, please select ‘bank transfer’ in the final step of your online registration and contact the LOC KU Leuven . The invoice will be sent to you per e-mail, including corresponding payment instructions. Please do not pay before receiving the invoice. The invoice includes payment instructions.

as Exhibition or sponsor

You can register for a Diamond, Golden or Silver sponsor package. A package includes a 1 or 2 conference registrations. Diamond and gold include an full week exhibition stand.

Refunding policy
* Before July 5, 2018, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of an administrative fee of 20%.
* From July 6 until August 15, 2018: 50% refund of the registration fee.
* As from August 16, 2018: no refund possible. However, note that there is no extra fee if a delegate's registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
